I have always loved to bake, as a young girl I used to love baking with my mother and when I myself became a mother I began making artistic cakes for my daughters birthdays, friends and family used to tell me I should sell them and once my daughters were both in school Baker Lou was born.

I still love to bake and put just as much love, care and attention in to my customers’ creations as I did those first cakes for my children.
